I was able to call and talk to Charlie who got everything set up very efficiently so even though my vehicle was delivered after hours, they had me back on the road the next afternoon... Without going totally broke! He gave me some friendly reminders (which were accurate & not up selling) and all while he and the rest of the guys at the desk looked like they really enjoyed their jobs.
