  in the last week It is not surprising that this location has a low rating. I have been going here for years and mostly had good experiences. Recently there is a new tall African American teller with terrible customer service. I have always gotten change from this location with kind service. This lady had the nerve to tell me I can't get change from her if I don't have an account. I told her I did, and she proceeded to ask for proof because she wasn't giving me anything without it. I told her no one in 7 yrs has ever asked me that so I left my ID and debit in my purse in the car. She said you can run out there cant you. It was raining with puddles throughout their parking lot. I really needed the change so I got it out the car. I asked if it that is a branch policy, and she said that no one was allowed to ever give change without proof. That was a bold faced lie because I always get change without anything. Completely rude!

  I visited this branch to make a deposit .there were 11 customers in line and ONLY ONE TELLER. And 3 bankers which 2 were in their offices 1 was just walking around doing nothing. When i asked her if they have electronic teller inside , She must not have understood me .without even opening her mouth and answering, pointed at the window teller and when i asked again she was just shoving me with her finger just 1 tellers again not talking. Lack of customer service is the worst with Bank of America . They need to rethink their training if they train these people at all !!!

  1 teller, 27 people waiting (more are waking in), and the manager is just standing behind the other teller, twiddling her thumbs. There's always a ridiculous wait, but this is a new low. Y'all need to get it together! Some of us have businesses to run!
