  Mrs. Daswani was my attorney on my divorce. She came highly recommended to me by several other attorneys, a former governor and a judge. She was extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably efficient and my biggest advocate throughout my 3 year divorce. We had the first hearing and we won. Then my ex-husband got a new lawyer, we had the final hearing that was 9 days, over 6 months (due to complexity and judge's calendar) and we won again. She is aggressive when needed and compassionate as it relates to children. She always had my son's best interest as priority, although she was not my GAL. I would highly recommend her services.

  I’d like to Thank Brandy Daswani and her staff for being compassionate, understanding, supportive and professional during my recent custody case. First, Mrs. Daswani's due diligence was not always evident to me but as her investigation continued it was clear. She spoke to everyone that I believed to be a vital witness to my case as well as sought out any professional that encountered my daughter prior to the hearing. She interviewed her teacher, principal, counselor, nurses, doctors, summer camp staff, extra curricular program staff, DFACS case workers, babysitter and her psychologist. Second, she was very familiar with the 20 plus police reports, petitions and motions from previous custody case, DFACS reports, emergency room, urgent care and PCP's records and emails and text messages exchanged between my child's Mother and I. Third and most importantly, when she met with my Daughter, she made her feel very comfortable and not as if she was being interrogated. She kept the interest of my Daughter first and foremost. In addition to, her staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and accessible. And when not accessible, emails and phone calls were returned promptly. Her recommendation was based solely on facts. I highly recommend her services. If you want what’s best for your child, then you’d be fortunate if she accepts your case.
