  Dan knows his stuff. He is well versed in case law that pertains to tax issues. He works hard on behalf of his client, and he does not waste any time. I know more than most in hiring attorneys as I've had to hire 10 attorneys since 2010, due to complicated legal matters linked to the passing/estate(s) of 3 family members. Thus, I know when I am dealing with an outstanding and masterful attorney such as Dan. He's honest and straight forward. You will know what is going on with your case simply by talking to Dan. He's thorough and follows through; Dan brought my complicated tax matter to closure in my favor, in what I'd term as an unprecedented timeframe completion with the IRS; a government entity that works extremely slowly. I am personally so very thankful to Dan, for his hard work, and resolution of my case. He was truly a blessing!

  I am very wary of lawyers/attorneys from past experience and obvious misgivings. I voluntarily sought the help of Mr. Britt for tax advice related to my small business. I based my decision on what lawyer to choose based, in large part, to these google reviews. Now that I have worked with Mr. Britt, I can say that my experience confirms what previous reviewers have said. He is very down-to-earth while knowledgeable at the same time. He was very clear with his fees and they were reasonable for the services he rendered. Cares about his clients more than just taking their money. Highly recommend.
