  My experience working with Adam couldn't have been better. With this being my first experience with buying a home, I was understandably unfamiliar with the majority of the process. Adam was very responsive and provided great feedback with any questions I had (which was a lot!), thoroughly walked me through the entire home-buying procedure A-Z, and stayed involved with every step along the way which helped me make sure I met critical deadlines. Adam's vast experience more than made up for my (in)experience, and made me more comfortable and confident from home search/initial offer to investigation/closing. I would 100% recommend Adam Kosarick to anyone looking to buy/sell their home!

  Lynn Gunkler is AWESOME!!! She took amazing care of us. Our home buying experience was seemless and enjoyable, thanks to her! She is on top of everything, including things we'd not even thought of. You can trust her to listen and put your interests first. She's also just a really cool person to know. ♥️
