  I have been going to RaceTrac for several years in the Woodstock area. I went to a recently opened store. Store 2452 @ 4410 Canton Rd, Marietta, GA 30073. If I could give minus stars I would. I purchased a smoothie on 12/23/17 and unfortunately it was the worst. I saw the associate smelling the mixture before making my drink. I heard her laughing and saying, "they need to label the fruit puree. I had faith. I went back on Sunday, 12/24/17 and had the misfortune to speak with Mekeyia (shift manager/ babysitter in training). I explained to her how awful the smoothie was, provided the receipt and was given the third degree. She then replied, "what do you want me to do?" I responded I'd like a refund or the drink made properly. Her response? NO. Why ask me what I want and you have no intention of helping me. I contacted the General Manager and he was very apologetic. I appreciate his automatic apology for the wrongdoing of his associate. I deserve an apology from the idiot (MEKEYIA) they promoted. I will tell everyone to steer clear of this location and run if they are assisted by MEKEYIA. Racetrack must have been scraping the barrel when they promoted her. If she didn't feel competent enough to do her job she could have suggested I come back to speak with a mature and competent member of the management staff. Even a child knows to how to tell you to talk to their mother if they can't help you. Her apparent ignorance and failure to understand the concept of fostering repeat business only highlights her lack of understanding about the rules of customer service. INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH MEKEYIA WAIT TILL THE REAL MANAGERS ARE ON DUTY.
