  Physically and mentally handicapped managers can not even answer the most basic account questions and sketchy (at best) banking practices with missing ATM deposits and gift card envelopes. Blatant racism by passing on the blame to African American employees. If you don' care about your money missing a few 0s due to "fees" or incompetent managers, then this is the credit union for you.

  Extremely unhelpful. I bank at a sister branch and went in to do a deposit. After I sat on hold with my branch for 15 minutes to get the info needed to make the deposit I was told my branches system must be down that they could not get the deposit to process. I asked if they could call them to see what the issue is? She said no, I asked could I call them for you? She said you can if you want but that's not going to do anything. Rude, zero customer service.
