  Save your time and money!!! If you apply and get approved even if they have no open vacancies they will lead you on like they do. I was approved and pre-leased a apartment that was occupied but promised the tenant would be out in time for me to move in. Long story short they renewed her lease at the last minute and had no vacant apartments for me to move into. Now I have to wait to get my money refunded on top of, I put my notice in at my current residence so this whole situation has left me HOMELESS until I find something else!! Totally unacceptable!! Oh and DON'T bother going to Cortland Partners management they could care less about you or your complaint. Especially Joyce who was very rude to me, and had the nerve to quote say, "in the whole area of Atlanta you cant find somewhere else to live?" and gave a half ass apology about the whole situation. Totally unprofessional. It's such a shame because the property is very nice and well maintained for the price and area, but I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
