  don't ever work there. The sales manager, Cathy, is the most overbearing, micromanaging woman I have ever met! You are an independent contractor, but if you don't get on the phones and make sales calls when they tell you too, you don't get leads. She also has to ride with you! Sounds like an employee to me! Even her boss, Steve Rogers, is a complete moron. This is the most unprofessional sales position I have ever had the unfortunate luck to run across. Cathy only became sales manager due to outlasting other sales reps. The other reps actually had sales skills and were able to go get real jobs. Hope they go out of business
