  I have been a customer since 1979 when it was trust Company of Cobb… I just left SUNTRUST at the Marietta Square and realize it's not the same SUNTRUST anymore… Terrible at customer service and customer experience… There was no one in line in front of me as I walked into cash checks… A teller behind the glass and two behind desks with no other customers in the bank…and I was told that there were two people in front of me… In the drive-through lane… SUNTRUST did not used to be like this and the reason I walk in is so that I can get taken care of personally… No apology from SUNTRUST only a disgruntled look & told by the manager that I would have to wait… really? I go in at lunchtime and you have one teller and two people sitting behind the desks & nobody that will help me? Really SUNTRUST? Looks like it's time for another bank… And if you were thinking about SunTrust I would go elsewhere… you are not doing me a favor by taking care of my money… I am giving you my money to take care of and you treat me like this… This is not the same Trust Company or SUNTRUST we grew up with… They just don't care … Shame on you SUNTRUST, shame on you…NO TRUST---NO MORE
